The word Chiropractic comes from Greek and means ‘done by hand’. Which is a beautifully simple way of describing a complex – and amazing – system of healing.
Chiropractic is about much more than back health (although we can certainly help with that too). It is a method of healing the body rooted in the knowledge that all your body’s cells, tissues, organs and systems are controlled by your central nervous system, which lives within your spine.
The science, art, and philosophy of Chiropractic revolve around preserving balance in the human body and its natural self-healing capacity. Through gentle, family-centered care, Dr. Ginette takes great pride in helping patients heal, recover, and feel their best.
She is trained in –and uses – a variety of adjustment techniques depending on a patient’s needs, goals, and comfort level. Her preferred technique, however, is a revolutionary – and very gentle – new tool called the Impulse iQ adjusting instrument. It’s a complex instrument that is able to sense your body’s response to an adjustment. It is extremely precise, efficient, and comfortable.
Dr. Ginette works with patients of all ages and stages – including babies and children as well as pregnant women – and even animals, having recently been certified to treat animals (that’s right – they can benefit from Chiropractic too!).
She treats patients at the clinic during the following times: (for animal adjusting times, please see our Animal Chiropractic):
- Monday: 8am – 11:45am
- Tuesday: 1pm – 6pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am – 11:30am
- Thursday: 1pm – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 9am – 11:30pm
